Product Description

USKOLOR X9 applies the most modern technology to create a perfect super glossy paint line. The paint surface is upgraded with Crizal Rock layer, increasing hardness, providing scratch resistance and a glossy surface that is easy to clean. The original Styrene Acrylic adhesive film, combined with Calcium Carbonate salt, BaSO4 and other additives, creates a solid protective layer, preventing water from seeping in from the outside.
Automatic color locking technology Colour Lock and Crystallized Primer help keep the color of the paint layer durable over time. The Heat-Reflective feature, thanks to the synthesis of NC Nitrocellulose in the primer and topcoat, will release liquid Nitrogen when reflecting UV rays, helping to lower the wall surface temperature by up to 5°C. Furthermore, the PCO (Photocatalytic Oxidation) process combined with photocatalyst and light will carry out the oxidation process, effectively killing bacteria.

– Theoretical coverage: 12-16m²/liter/layer
– Surface drying time: ≤ 60 minutes
– Recommended number of layers: 2-3 layers
– Construction time for the next layer: at least 3 – 4 hours

Product instructions

Surface preparation:
– The surface to be painted must be undamaged, clean, free of dust, grease and cement resin, etc. For dirty and chalky surfaces, it is necessary to clean with a stiff bristle brush.
– For new walls, surface humidity must be below 16% according to a moisture meter or the wall surface must be dry for 21 – 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80%).
Construction:
– Apply 2 layers of alkali-resistant exterior primer, then let it dry completely for 18-24 hours before rolling the first layer of gloss paint.
– Stir the paint bucket thoroughly. If it is thick, add 5-10% clean water to adjust the consistency depending on temperature and humidity, then stir again until homogeneous. If mixed more than specified, the quality of the paint film will be reduced. Once the paint is mixed with water, it must be used up completely.
– Use a brush or smooth roller to cover the wall in 2-3 layers, each layer spaced at least 3-4 hours apart.
– Apply in dry weather, material surface temperature not exceeding 35°C and not less than 9°C.
– Cleaning: Rinse tools with clean water after use.
